Applicant should have a minimum of 2 years experience designing and
supervising others engaged in designing construction improvement plans
pertaining to residential subdivisions and retail / commercial development.
Applicant will be responsible for all aspects of a particular project including
interfacing with owners, designers and governmental agencies from beginning of
design until governmental approval of the plans. Grading Designer:

The applicant should have a minimum of 2 years experience with hillside grading design as it pertains to residential development or
2 years experience
with retail / commercial grading design. Applicant will be required to design
and prepare construction grading and drainage plans and to interface with other
designers in the preparation of all construction drawings including sewer,
domestic and reclaimed water, storm drain, etc. |
