Project Manager

Fred has been involved in the Southern California Land Development industry for over 24 years. He has and maintains an across-the-board spectrum in civil engineering from Land Planning and Entitlement through Final Engineering.

He has been involved in a variety of notable projects including The San Joaquin Transportation Corridor (SR-73) Segment 2; Universal Studios (Jurassic Park, Sports Arena and People Mover projects); Disneyland (Toontown); Cal Poly Pomona (Computer Science & Business Building including 1,200 parking spaces) as well as various commercial, retail and medical sites throughout Southern California.

Fred's computer programming background has provided him an efficiency niche in the use and customization of the AutoCAD and LDD modules.

With Residential Development as his main area of expertise, Fred has had key involvement in such projects as Lakeside (Buena Park), Sea Cliffs (Huntington Beach), Bonita Village PA-26A/B (Newport Beach), Newport Coast Phase 3 (Newport Beach), Crystal Cove 400 custom/semi-custom lots (Newport Beach) and Forster Ranch for John Laing (San Clemente).
